You are increasingly sought as an entrepreneurial personality to shape the digital and data-driven transformation as Data Lead - Global Supplier (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Defines and owns the implementation of the E2E process for managing master data
- Define and design actionable reporting that monitors and pinpoints data requirements and challenges
- Lead the analysis of master data elements and optimize the flow of data between users and stakeholders
- Lead the data management-related activities and drives initiatives to optimize processes and capabilities to ensure data services are operated, monitored, supported and maintained
- Lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of master data solutions and services continually satisfying policies and framework sets including SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate and build cross-functional relationships, helping the business in how it can leverage master data to support strategic goals
- Lead the development of data policies and practices to ensure the integrity, security, safety and availability of all forms of data and data structures
- Define requirements for the maintenance up to date of E2E data models, data dictionary and list of values documentation
- Define Data Management best practices, principles and processes
- Design and implement solutions to ensure data consolidation and cleansing from across the organization into a single, consistent data storage platform
Your qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration (or equivalent and related experience preferred)
- 8+ years working experience in data warehousing
- 8+ years deep understanding of master data management, data governance and associated technologies
- Depending on position as customer or supplier data lead specific knowledge in the corresponding area
- Experience in working in Agile environment would be apreference
- First experience as a leader is highly appreciated
- First experience in Data Quality and Data Cleansing strategies are appreciated
